On Tuesday, June 10th, Empowered Ideas hosted a LinkedIn Live Raleigh Business Networking Social at WRAL Studios in Raleigh, NC.
Delivering upon a commitment to provide up-to-the-minute local news and weather coverage, WRAL.com delivers an average of 100 million pages a month, plus another 20 million views of news, weather and sports mobile app content. Almost 300 attendees joined LinkedIn Live Raleigh for the June networking social, while supporting the kickoff of the 2014 Coats for the Children Campaign. Thanks to the generosity of the Triangle Community, since 1988, WRAL has collected 143,000 coats and raised $1,379,800 to provide warm, winter clothing for Salvation Army families in need.

On December 17th, the EI Team joined TABJ members for their Holiday Mixer & Membership Meeting at

As always, it was a pleasure hanging out with so many media professionals from the Triangle area. A HUGE thanks goes out to News Anchor, Ken Smith, of WRAL TV-5 for hosting the event at their "Cafe 5-50" space in the studio.
