Evoking vast knowledge and mentorship, Tamika brings over 30 years of professional corporate experience with Fortune 500 banking institutions in Mortgage Lending and Community Relations across the region. Serving HCG since 2006, she rejoined in July 2021 as the Community Impact Director of HCG\u2019s Leadership Team. Her \u201cnext-level\u201d organizational thinking and ideation further enhances HCG\u2019s growth and community impact.\u00a0 Having cultivated strong, diverse professional connections over the years, she is a trusted source for partnership & resource development.<\/p>\n

Striving to make us more reachable within the communities we serve, Tamika\u2019s layered expertise provides business & community development, CRA strategy, recruitment, company volunteer engagement, reputational risk, and corporate social impact \u2013 all centered around increasing homeownership opportunities for first-time homebuyers and BIPOC populations, while additionally supporting neighborhood revitalization and stabilization in non-majority communities.
