Empowered Ideas is honored to provide event management and marketing services for the 2015 APNC Spring Conference, hosted by the Addiction Professionals of North Carolina (APNC), this week at the Crowne Plaza Golf and Tennis Resort in beautiful Asheville, NC.
We’re excited to have 175 attendees and 26 exhibitors at this year’s 3-Day Spring Conference.
Who Attended?
Addiction Professionals of North Carolina is a statewide organization dedicated to helping the individual, family and community understand, prevent, and treat the disease of addiction. Our educational conferences, held each year in the fall and spring, are designed for Counselors, Prevention Specialists, DWI Assessors, Psychologists, Therapists, EAP Consultants, Social Workers, Educators, Students, and others interested in the field.
Continuing Education Credits (NCSAPPB & CEU/CE)
The NC Substance Abuse Professional Practice Board (NCSAPPB) has approved up to 18 hours of credit for the three days. Individual credit will be awarded for each session attended, and NCSAPPB credit is included with conference registration.
CE credits for this event are sponsored by Program Services Continuing Education. Credits are available for licensed psychologists, social workers, marriage and family therapists, professional counselors, nurses, and addiction professionals. Other allied fields may also apply. Program Services is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Program Services maintains responsibility for this program and its content. To receive CEs, licensed professionals will need to complete the CE section while registering online. An additional $20.00 fee will be added to your registration. To receive your CE Certificate, applicants will need to submit their conference transcript (provided to you in your conference packet) to Program Services before leaving the conference or email within two weeks of the conference.
